Welcome to AI Now — for digital. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ainow4deg.shop and any AI assets, content, or services we provide. By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

AI Now is a digital AI studio providing AI agents, dashboards, prompt libraries, automation blueprints, analytics notebooks, and integration kits, delivered entirely online through a subscription membership.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase a membership. By using AI Now, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Memberships & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) according to the tier you select.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
Prices are subject to change; we will provide reasonable notice of any changes before they take effect.
You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Digital Assets & License

All assets (AI agents, dashboards, prompts, automation blueprints, notebooks, and integration kits) are licensed to you for personal or internal business use, not for resale, redistribution, or public sharing.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or repackage any asset or its underlying files, in whole or in part, for distribution outside your own organization.
We retain all intellectual property rights in the assets and the AI Now catalog.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the site or assets for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or non-public areas of the site
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the catalog outside normal use
Share your account credentials or membership access with individuals outside your organization

7. Availability & Changes to the Catalog

We continually add, update, and occasionally retire assets from the catalog. We do not guarantee that any specific asset will remain available indefinitely, though membership access to the current catalog is maintained throughout your subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Assets are provided "as is" and "as available." While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranty that any AI agent, prompt, dashboard, or automation blueprint will be error-free or suited to your specific needs. You are responsible for verifying that any asset meets your requirements before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or assets, including errors in automation or data loss. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the catalog. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your membership.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
